What We Are About

Cakes for a Cause is a cake decorating competition designed to showcase cake decorators and their beautiful workmanship. While doing this we will also be raising funds to be donated to the March of Dimes. Cakes will be shown and judged. This event is open to the public for viewing. Cakes will also be available for silent auction. This will be our third year and we are hoping for another huge success.
Our 2014 theme was A Day At The Zoo.  Our  event was held at the New Mexico Farm and Ranch Heritage Museum located at 4100 Dripping Springs Road, Las Cruces, NM on March 1, 2013 from 11am-3pm.  Thank you for your support!  We look forward to our next competition.
In addition to our regular event, we have added another division.  We dded the Youth Division.  Ages 8-13.  These youth can have minimal assistance from adults in their design and decorating.  Please see the rules and regulations for this new division.
